Handling Time: We will handle your order within 1 business day of receiving it.

Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on your location. It can range from 3 to 5 business days for orders shipped within Australia, depending on your location. 

Express Delivery: Next-day express delivery is available for most capital city metropolitan areas, subject to extra charges. For other regions, delivery time for express delivery can take 1-3 business days. However, some postcodes may experience longer delivery times, approximately 3% of postcodes may experience extended delivery times.

Shipping Carrier: We will ship your orders through Australia Post.

Delivery Charges: Standard delivery is free of charge, however, for express delivery, an extra charge will apply.

Self-Pickup: Self-pickup by arrangement is available. Customers may need to provide a photo ID/order ID when collecting their orders.
