FAQ

1. How to start wired and wireless charging?

-For wired charging, just connect the cable to the portable charger and your device, no need to press the power button.

-For wireless charging, need to short-press the power button (the indicator becomes orange), then put your Qi-enable device on the power bank.

Note: The wireless charging mode will automatically turn off in 30 seconds (The indicator will be off from orange) when no device charging on it.

2. How to make low-current charging mode for bluetooth headset, fitness band, or smart watch?

Activation---Long press power button for 4 seconds, wait the last digit of digital LED display changes dynamically.

Deactivation---Long press power button for 4 seconds to exit the low-current mode, or automatically exit

Note: When charging the power bank the low current mode cannot be turned on.

3. Does this PB-WL03 wireless portable charger support wirelessly charging Samsung S10e, Note 10 ,etc ?

-Yes, our PB-WL03 support any Qi-compatible wireless charging device BUT with output 10W max. And please make sure to open the option ”Fast wireless charging” in your phone’s Setting in advance.

4. How to use the kickstand?

-Our kickstand is of great quality, so you just pull out the stand arm until it clicks (with kick sound) in place.

5. Can it wirelessly charge Apple Watch or other smart watch?

-For Apple Watch, its charging is not Qi Standard, they need a special induction charging cord via the usb port to charge your Apple Watch. Tt's completely different technology encryted by Apple.

-For other smart watch, it depends on whether your smart watch supports Qi Standard or not, if not, they need a special induction charging cord via the usb port to charge your smartwatch.

6. Is it normal and safe for wireless charging to make noise?

-Yes, wireless charging uses high-frequency electromagnetic field for energy conversion and voltage adjustment. When wireless charging, the internal capacitors and coils will be stressed when high-frequency alternating current flows through them, resulting in slight vibration, which will bring sound. We call this sizzling sound of electric current.

          Change of Mind 

          Please choose your product/s carefully, as SOBRE do not usually provide refunds for products where you have simply changed your mind. This includes returns where you have selected a size of an item that doesn’t fit you, or where you simply selected the wrong product. Restocking fees will apply, if refund required. Product must remain in sealed condition.

          Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

          To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

          Refunds

          Gifts

          If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

          If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
