About the light:
1. When the batteries are in charging, the charger will show steady red light
2. When the batteries are fully recharged, the charger will show steady green light
3. When the charger connect the non-rechargeable batteries, the charger will flash red light (0.5S ON, 0.5S OFF)
Why flashing red ?
Please use a wall charger that the output current is 2A or more than 2A. If the current of the wall charger is less than 2A, the LED indicators on the charger will flash red because low current can not support the batteries' charge.

Change of Mind
Please choose your product/s carefully, as SOBRE do not usually provide refunds for products where you have simply changed your mind. This includes returns where you have selected a size of an item that doesn’t fit you, or where you simply selected the wrong product. Restocking fees will apply, if refund required. Product must remain in sealed condition.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
